So this morning a colleague of mine was having issues publishing an Infopath form for a SharePoint List with the following error:
The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:
Server was unable to process request. —> Browser-enabling of form templates is not allowed for current user. Contact your server administrator for help with this issue
A quick check showed that she had full control of the list but was unable to publish. After some quick investigation it turns out you need access at the Site level not just the List level that she had. I thought I’d post this little tidbit up as I didn’t see any references to the issue via Google or Bing.
